  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items damaged by the customer or used improperly

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided via store credit or direct bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Replacements will be sent after the original item is received and inspected.
